Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be received in writing. A full refund of participation will be made for cancellations received by 27/01/2025.

The names of participants may be substituted at any time. Any substitutions or cancellations must be communicated by e-mail (segreteria@assiomforex.it). In case of a cancellation in the 10 working days prior to the start of the Congress, the participant will not be entitled to any refund.

Exceptional circumstances and events

NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED in case of substantial changes in the Congress program, postponement to another date, cancellation of the same or of the exhibition due to causes or situations beyond the control of the organizers such as blackouts (understood as power and internet line), firewall limitations, war, panic, pandemics, mobilization, riots, strikes, fires, floods, acts of sabotage and/or terrorism, impediments of various kinds to primary speakers or other similar conditions.
